I bought my first brake for my 6.5 creedmoor bolt gun 1/2x28. I was have trouble threading the lock nut so I wrote to customer support and not 10 minutes later Andrew called and help me troubleshooting some issue was having. I got it set and timed and it was lights out at the range a few days later. Highly recommend JTT.

Purchased a muzzle break from JTT for a ,270. Upon receival, realized it was the wrong size for my rifle (Tikka T3x) so emailed inquiring if there is a exchange process? Andrew replied within 24 hours and sent the correct model, an updated invoice, and a envelope to send the wrong size back within four days. Great customer experience and will certainly recommend them to friends in the future. Can't wait to shoot the rifle with this on.
I ordered the wrong one, my mistake. They sent the correct one with packaging with postage for returning the wrong one. What more can you ask for. Brake looks perfect, just what I wanted.
I ordered a muzzle brake for my dad's 243 as a Christmas gift on a Thursday morning 20 minutes later I got a shipping confirmation and a tracking number. I received it that Saturday afternoon in the mail. It was packed well and it was just what I ordered. I won't know how good the brake is till after Christmas but if it as good as they say it is I'm sure it will be awesome. Will definitely recommend and buy from them again.
Andrew @ JT was great. Turns out there are 2 options on the 458 barrel thread and JT just makes the larger of the 2. Not a problem. Andrew exchanged it for a JT-250 for my AR and a credit for the difference. And supplied a postage paid return envelope for the JT-500. Getting ready to order another JT-360 for my STAG 10 .308.
